Can anyone from UK share where they bought there stick? Cant find nothing.
There’s custom stick builders in the UK, so search the find a modder thread in the stickies of the forum. If you want something great out of the box that is a little more affordable, I’ve been really fond of my eTokki Omni and would recommend one. Drop by http://www.etokki.com. They ship international and are pretty darn quick.
If you’re just hopping on the wagon and hope to get a Madcatz or Hori, try http://store.gameshark.net/Mad Catz/247 or http://stores.shophoriusa.com/StoreFront.bok
Yeah, the more I play on it, the more I’ve grown to like it. I complained at first and still do when my execution is poor, but that’s cuz I suck. How do you feel about it? Played with any crown or myoungshin parts lately?
I am not from the UK but here are a few sites I found in a few short minuets. I am sure if you use a web search like google you can find more places.

Saw Jamespoop’s post after I hit sent on my post
I forgot about http://www.etokki.com.
I was just trying to focus whats in/ Close to the UK.
eTokki does do International shipping.
He didn’t really specify what he was looking for, but you gave him some mucho options there.
Thank you both! Dam these sticks are expensive
Yes ours is not a cheap hobby. To American gamers I do not recommend any stick worth less than $50 (with there exception of the Hori and Mad Catz Wii Sticks).
I am not quite sure how the prices are to UK economy. I sudgest on the budget end the Hori VX/V3 and the Mad Catz Se/ brawl sticks, Higher end would be the Hori Real Arcade pro VX, V3 and Mad Catz TE, and for a little bit alot more more a Hori Hrap VXL or SEGA VHSG.
From what I seen of online UK retailers I would go less than £50 to £60 (on the value of the stick, not what you pay for).
You can still find the VSHG? Where?
It isn’t in production any more so you have to hit up amazon and ebay
I mention the VSHG because its in the same class as the hrap VLX
Yes I know about the VSHG but its very hard to find plus its not on amazon. Ebay probably but there are some that sells them with the stick and buttons replaced with knock off parts. Sooo…
This is a really weird request, but can anyone give me the dimensions (length and width) of the MadCatz MLG TE stick vs the regular TE S?
can anyone tell me what stick can fit a t6 stick
what part of the stick do you want to fix or replace
if you want to fix the joystick you can buy any stick to replace if it fit the mounting plate.
Hori Fighting Stick V3 is a good start right? I remember you guys saying it is, i’m just double checking =)
Yes the V3 is the way to go.
The MadCatz SE sticks have buttons that feel closer to Sanwa but the thing have issues…lots of issues so don’t get that even if you find a site that sells it for cheaper.
i am trying to replace the hole stick the deadzone is kinda crazy i was reading that if you change the spring you can fix it is that true
The Mad Catz SE/Brawl is the easiest entry-level stick on the market to mod thanks to it’s use of quick-disconnects for the buttons as well as a 5-pin wire harness and a universal mounting bracket for the joystick. I always recommend the SE/Brawl over any entry-level Hori stick to any new stick users for that reason alone.
The V3 does however look much better with the 6 button layout, but the fact is that it requires more work to mod since it requires de-soldering, crimping on QDs, and attaching a wire harness.
Redd_Heart is on a tight budget so he won’t be modding anytime soon. Which is why the V3 is a better stick for him.
True
Budget is the biggest factor I talk about first in my guide
