I’m looking for a song that was a video in the '90s. It was a rock band, the lead singer was bald and he was in one of those elevators that showed different rooms. Parts of the song start out slow and when they rock out, the singer starts the hard rock part with “Giving it up”. Other than than, the only lyrics I know to the song is toward the end when he repeats it. Those lyrics are “would you let me in just to pull me down”. Someone help me with this because I hum the song everyday and it’s torturing me.
The video contains a guy in a green shirt, he’s bald, and he’s got a mustache/goatee combination. The elevator he’s riding in shows different rooms as he’s going down. He ends up in the boiler room with the rest of his band where they join the singer which makes the band do a performance of the song.
Guys, I don’t think the song by the rapper Passion “Where I’m From” is an original, or is it? If it was sampled do you guys know what song it originally was?
Also, some old Mike Z MVC2 matches had him fighting in the desert stage with a remixed version of Bloody Tears from Castlevania. Anyone remember this or know what version it was?
Well I can definitely tell you that the artist is Asheru (Also a part of “Unspoken Heard”) & Blue Black. He also of course does the intro. I think that track is exclusive to the show as I haven’t heard it on any of his other stuff. It could be on one of the Boondocks mixtapes, but it’s likely that it was just exclusive to that clip in that episode.
