Toronto’s own K-OS, with “Sunday Morning”. Nice to see he’s getting some stateside exposure. Check out some of his other stuff Zulu, I think you’ll like it. His big hit up here before that was “Crabbuckit”.

There was a song played on the Tom Joiner Morning Show a few weeks back.
It was a mix of:
Busta Rhymes: “Touch it”
and
Patricia Mills: “Puttin’ a Rush on me”
I’ve been trying to find this song…can anyone help me?
Okay, there was a song that was just a guy giving a graduation speech.
I think at the very end of it, they sampled Vitamin C’s Graduation, but I could be wrong.
it came out around 1998, or 1999 I think. They did a Darth Vader Parody of it, I know.
kos is fucking great… right up there with gangstarr and tribe.
Baz Lurhman - Everyone’s Free (To Wear Sunscreen)
Thanks Zulu.
I can’t believe that it’s “Everybody’s Free”!
I downloaded a different version of the song, when they played it on Venture Bros.
anyway, the version of “Sunscreen” I found is different than I remember it, but that could just be nostalgia getting in the way.
I’m looking for the name of a song from Mega Man Legends II. It’s the one in the main hull of the ship/entrance to the city if I remember correctly. It’s classical and it sounds like Vivaldi but I’m not 100% sure.
I believe that song is called Put Them in Their Place, by Mobb Deep.
Ive only heard this song once in my life…its gotta be from the 60s or 70s…and reminds me of capt. kangaroo song from pulp fiction.
…i know im way off but the chorus goes somethign like…
" stop dancing" or “dont keep on a dancing” like five times then …
“or ill have to get up and leave.”
It’s The Fratellis - Flathead.
Thanks Hoonyo.
You’re welcome.
“Well back in Junior high I could have swore my name was white boy.”
Then
“Sit there by the river and listen to the Freeway.”
It’s on this Sublime CD my friend burned me and I can’t find the title. Anyone?
Anyone remember the name of the song that was in the Gears of War trailer?
Gary Jules - Mad World
