Hey guys I passed through Corpus this weekend on the way to Harlingen and I happened to tune into C101 since the San Antonio stations were out. I have a quick question, I heard a song on there that I’ve never heard played around here. The damned thing was badass but try as I might, I can’t find the name of it.
I recall the lyrics…
Break Down,
Feel it in your head,
Break Down,
Innocence is dead.
Does it ring a bell? If it does reply or toss me a PM. It would be great finally know what to look for on Limewire.

Tony Iommi: Goodbye Lament…and it’s “reeling in your head”.
Oh, I thought that was the “type” of song he was playing, not to actual song.
Damnitt… where did I put that knife

Anyone know what song is sampled in the 2pac/Biggie song “Runnin’?”
Edgar Winter - Dying to Live
ok, this song is a song i used to hear at this job i worked at last summer (summer 2004). my co-workers there used to always play the “top- 40” radio station and shit like that… i was at the mall the other day and i heard the same song again , the one i used to hear on the radio at my old job… its kinda hard to describe :xeye: its a guy singing , he has a kind of deep voice and i just heard one part where he was singing “Alright, Already” (repeat 3-4 times) i think that was the part near the end of the song :xeye: . the beat was kinda like a mid-tempo beat-uptempo beat… and the melody was repetitive, i dont know what instrument it was though :xeye:
nobody knows this song? :xeye: …
here’s another clue… his voice was deep, but not THAT deep, but it definitely wasnt high pitched. hope that helps :xeye:
Hey guys just wondering if you guys could give me a list of the songs that were sampled in this particular little skit. The only one I know is the Chrono Trigger song, so a list of the rest of the works would be great.

Thanks for the help.

I just know that the very first song, and ultimately the BGM is Rise by Herb Alpert.
because there really is a winner from e-fights
Ok I heard this song off the radio. It sounds like it’s from Kill Bill 1 but I’m not sure. The lyrics, which I remember the chorus is this:
And I’m just a poor man that’s [somethingsomething].
Oh boy, please do let me be misunderstood.
Then it goes into a song with trumpets and brass. Sounds like it was made during the late 70’s or early 80s. Please help me!

Yup. That’s from Kill Bill.
'Cause I’m just a soul whose intentions are good.
Oh lord, please don’t let me be misunderstood.
Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood - Santa Esmeralda
This rock song; the lyrics I know are “Whisper or a scream, doesn’t change a thing, move on back (he repeats this a few times.)” Thanks.
Alright. . heard a song … in a club … and everybody knew the lyrics but me … the chorus is:
“Im a G, Im a G”
“Im a G, Im a G”
I thought it might be Jeezy or TI … but if it is it aint on their newest albums I know. AND the bass was knocking so bad it might not be either one.
. .I need to know the name so I can get crunk with everybody else at parties

I believe that song is “Hold On” by Wilson Phillips
I haven’t seen the Coach Carter trailer but I know that 2Pac did a cover of In the Air Tonite.
Imagine me … looking for this song I STILL havent found after 3 years, because its a house song and has no lyrics. LMAO
