I’ve been trying to remember and figuring out the name of this song or the artist who sings it the whole day today. I only remember some lyrics of the song and parts of it. It goes something like this…

The type of song is somewhat like a Stevie B/Johnny O type of song. Like an “late 80’s/early 90’s” freestyle and very upbeat song. If anyone can ID this song and/or the artist, that’d be great. Thanks.
I saw some fan made Pac video, just a recollection video, and it had this ghostly song on it…god, I’ve never heard such perfect “high” music, every moment this track played in the background I wanted to be high…it was mislabeled Dido, but it turns out to be :
