Your best bet is to get on GGPO or 2DF to play SNK games online with others.

The game is extremely enjoyable and surprisingly deep! On a basic level, it’s very fun. At a higher level of play, the game becomes even more serious.
If we’re talking original Neo hardware… I’d say Samurai Shodown 1, 2, 4 and Garou MOTW are my fave SNK fighters. although pretty much any of the first 6 KOF games are pretty fun, and The Last Blade games are nice.
Post Neo hardware… NeoWave was fun for a while, but the newer KOF games just don’t compare to KOF2000 and earlier to me. XI and NGBC were cheap and decent.
I’m not familiar with either of those acronyms.
I know this now. As stated above, I thought KOF XI was on XBox, but I know there are 2 others (Neowave and 2002/2003). I was mainly asking which, if any of those, were worth playing since they are backwards compatible with the 360.
However, it doesn’t look like anyone here would recommend them, and the only other 2 that I know of are Fatal Fury Special (something like that) and Samurai Showodown 2 for XBLA.
They’re PC online clients that play emulated games online afaik. There’s actually a link on the boards to GGPO if you’ve got questions on that stuff.
