Me and my friend were playing and my other friend joined the party. Then he started raging at my friends team of Nemesis/ Iron Fist/Wesker. Tiger Knee’d Rocket lauchers(for like, 200K damage…), jumping Tentacles, and Iron Fist assist all day. Dark Wesker in case things don’t work out. Shits hillarious.

i actually agree the lag in UMVC3 is pretty bad. In MVC3 even a yellow quality connection wasn’t laggy at all besides occasional input delay.* *but if I play somebody with just 4 bars instead of 5 in umvc3 the game is hideously laggy. Not the kind of input lag so you can still just go super basic with your combos, the horrible kind of lag where the game gets all choppy/goes slow mo every 2 seconds

Unless they change it to be different from how it is now, I don’t think the volume of ragemail is going to be nearly as much as it was in MvC3. People’s names aren’t added to the “recently gamed with” list after playing ranked right now. Which means you really have to piss someone off badly to get them to actually remember your name and manually type it in for the ragemail.
I’ve still gotten some ragemail/messages with my (pretty shitty tbh) play, but the volume is a lot less than it was week 1 vanilla.

They show up on PSN.
They can still message you if they really want to when you get the results page, though most people skip it by habit. I think players in lobbies do get recorded on XBL though, I have a few on my “recently played” list when I went spectating a few times. No ranked players as far as I know, and I haven’t done player match either, so I’m guessing it was the lobbies.
As for messages, I’m still having trouble winning, so no mail for me.
Lobbies on XBL definitely show up on the recently played list. It’s only ranked that’s suspiciously absent.
