It was a joke about online Akumas.
Yup, I’ve faced him a long time ago. He was 100-1 or something like that but was still a 9th lord. Thought it was kind of weird, and sure enough he raged.
This happened before the PSN outage, but I played against fraga21 (ranked 5th overall on PSN). I just sent him a “GG. I like your Trish” and he replied with a “Not really, you use overpowered characters”. I was using Iron Man, Hulk, and Sentinel. We sent a few messages back and forth and here’s pretty much all the stupid things that he said:

Hulk and Sentinel are overpowered because they have armored moves and too much health. I tried to explain to him that Sentinel got his health nerfed, but he continued to claim that high HP characters are broken.

He claimed that his team was low tier (Morrigan, Trish, and Dante) and not are overpowered like my characters. I just said that there’s no way Trish and Dante are low tier. He replied calling me a scrub and that I would probably think Wesker, Ryu, Akuma and Deadpool are high tier if I think that way about Trish and Dante.

After all was said and done, he simply said that I got lucky and that he just finished working out which is why he lost.
“You’re a waste of life” -after losing to my Sentinel, Doom, Ironman lazerbeam spam team.
Lol some guy lost to my “Ladies Night” team of X23 Tron Morrigan (doing it for the event) like three times in a row. He picked deadpool spidey taskmaster and ran away everytime…4th time as soon as the game started I got a combo and he raged…
I sent a message saying
"Lol cmon bro"
he said “sorry man but you a bitch”
“Im a bitch but you ran away from me all day and the only combos you got were from your hypers? Wtf”
“you use tron assist all day it aint fun for me”
“its an assist, adapt.”

Some guy thought trolling and spamming are synonymous. Modok, Storm, Sent is a sick team. Barrier, call drones, call analysis cube or balloon bomb, shoot a lazer.
Lol wtf. the only one that could be considered low tier there is Morrigan, and MAYBE Ryu. Everyone else is really realy good, Dante and Wesker being considered some of the best in the whole game (cant see them below top 5)

I actually sat there laughing out loud a little. I shoulda stopped the convo there 
I beat somebody like that, soon as the match started he XF LV1 then proceeded to beam spam. Even though I beat him this inspired me to learn a bit of taskmaster and start zoning the hell outta people.
I got a 35 win streak in ranked against 8th lords-cosmic lords with my team of deadpool tron morrigan. Zone hard with deadpool and call morrigan, tron assist when they get close, pop lvl 3 xfactor morrigan when it her (even tho id ussually win without even getting to her) Its really quite sad actually, I even beat some dark pheonix teams, by camping or just fighting him…im like “…wut really o.o”
Only had one rage message, but don’t play online too often.
I got a “u dont know how 2 play” after beating this guy with Arthur/Haggar/Sent. He was playing Wolverine/Dante/Don’t remember, he started the match by backing up, and blocked projectiles with wolverine until half life when he tagged in Dante, only to only try teleporting once, to then just go back to blocking. I think I did more chip on him than anything. Maybe 20% of his life was lost to actual hits, the other 80% was lost to chip. Don’t think he knew about super jumps, lol.
I just owned someone using Viscant’s team, Wesker, Iron Man, and Pheonix. He used Tron on point, Sentinel second, Wolverine on third. I feel like his order was screwed up.
The dude’s name was GPo iNoBs and he said “what a scrub u are” after I owned him with Wesker mix ups and beam spam when Sentinel + Lag tactics took out my Wesker.
He maybe got one combo on me. It felt good though.

I knew the consequences to that Okami shuffle - I was like, “Lets see if he punishes it,” and you did. I shoulda known better since your Dante held his own really well. Hulk’s taunt is one of the best!

Some guy raged on my for fun team of Skrull, Chris, Sentinel. I sent the first msg, yeah, but it was just “haha.” But he replied:
“dude get a life i quit cause i wanted to plaly MK or la noire or fall out new vegas to many new games lmao enjoy your m v c 3 no life go eat a dick stupid”
I said something along the lines of
"lol I play one game but you are playing many yet I’M the one with no life? Nice logic there buddy. Good to see your intelligence is equivalent to that of a walrus.

I actually get more compliment mail than I do hate mail. I guess most people don’t mind it so much when you beat them with Team Darkstalkers. Every now and then though I will get hate mail, and its usually because of two characters - Morrigan and… Hsien-Ko.
Morrigan will usually generate hate mail when I’ve decided that flight is a better option than fight. Her air mobility makes her an ideal choice for running away from XF3 powered characters, especially Sentinel and Dark Phoenix. Running from regular Phoenix when she has 5 bars is a favorite tactic of mine. Sorry, but I refuse to activate your destroyer of worlds. Deal with it.
Hsien-Ko gets hate mail mostly due to her armored assist being “retarded” and “cheap.” But I’ve also gotten hate mail for setting up gong walls and controlling space. When you deny the ability to rush and slow down the pace of the match, a lot of people will fly into full on rage mode.
