I too have run into rat-O-rama many times and his connection SUCKS. However, if he channeled even half the energy he uses for flame-mailing people into the game at hand maybe he could actually win more. If decaying your foe’s morale with rapid-fire pestering is a new tactic this guy’s riding the crest of this approach. Go back to the training room, wear a muzzle, and stop playing in a blizzard.

I’d like to give a special shoutout to the MSP guy last night who called Psylocke once, got hit into snapback by my Amingo/Jin, and then proceeded to yell about how assists are cheap. XD
I’ve been sending a lot of “owned!” and “XD” messages lately to rage quitters. Might as well taunt the sniveling bastards. =\
Only if they are harassing me I will give them just a basic “You are bad at this game”. It lacks a lot of flash but I like to think that sticks somewhere in the back of their minds 
My friend told me that he just sends people blank messages with the subject “get better” on it when people send hate or rage quit.

Agreed Blackheart King. Sometimes the simple stuff works. If they have a mic I and they are being an ass I like to give a play by play of how I am beating them, for example telling them what I am gonna do or what I know they are going to do.
If done right it is infuriating. But hey they started it
i often get “wow all you do is cheese”, usually this is when i pick low tier like ruby or bison. Surprisingly never with combofiend or msp lol

i was just having a casual match and after the match he says “you have good potential but you keep doing the same stuff, mix it up and you’ll get better”

Beat a guy using cable/iron man/xx using clockwork and he said “but that shit’s easy!”. Then he saw me lose really bad using a team I hardly play to a veteran arcade player, then the cable guy says that I’m worse than him because he lost to the veteran by a closer margin.
So basically he claimed victory via the transitive property.

I had a small streak of like 8 wins in a row. Someone finally beats me, and he chuckles about it. I almost said back, “Good Job. It only took you guys 9 games to beat my Sonson and B.B. Hood.” :tup: :lol:
That guy kept raging on me when I won like 3 or 4 times on him, he said he did it because I suck that much and don’t deserve the win.
My xbox Live inbox is beyond ridiculous for this game, so much hate mail over winning or “cheezing out” (trying to chip) and losing close matches because I’m tired and fuck up my execution. It was laughable at first but it’s really getting to the point where I don’t even wanna look at the messages when they’re sent anymore. Whatever though, getting my ass kicked by the likes of Eddie Ryuji and Vidness are leveling up my game and just making it worse for the RQers.
So I’m not the only victim of gamer1014? He never sent me hatemail, but almost every time I manged to beat his RowTron, hard to do when you’re mostly a low tier player, he’ll pull the plug. Oddly enough he seem less likely to do so in player match. He wandered into my room and didn’t pull out if I managed to beat him.
So ya, idk why people get such an attitude, but I make no claims of being an amazing player. I like playing Team Z, BH/Cable/Cyke, and MIP. Yes I will agree I am not good by any means. I can rom and do IM infinite and thats about it. However if someone beats me they are like “OMFGBBQ you are such garbage how dare you use good characters.” If I win they will do the same thing. Generally people realize though if I am playing MIP they just need to play something like scrub and runaway and I will usually fail because I am not the best at pressure. However I don’t usually counter pick but will play it out over and over in an attempt to learn.
Just kinda makes me laugh how people like to trash talk so much.
