I like don’t have to listen to like nordic death metal to get pumped, I love playing to the games music :D, especially in the arcade mode when you get to fight your rival
I knew u could with super stardust hd, but cool with sf4 too…now for some “triple m bass” and “jack the ripper”.
Its upbeat vocal trance or techno for me. That’s if I can still hear my music through the blast of the arcade

I used to listen to random music on my iPod while playing the game, but I stopped doing that. I would rather listen to the sound effects in the game itself to know when certain moves come out.
Custom soundtracks keep the special effects and only change the music. Unless you’re referring to arcade play.
I have a soundtrack I put in whenever I play games. Each track is the best of girls being raped noises.

I’ve found that heavy funk soundtrack is AWESOME for this game. I’ve got a couple tracks from the Superbad album and some Beastie Boys instrumental stuff in there.
I listen to music from all genres, but lately I’ve been listening to mostly 80’s thrash (Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, etc.) and a bit of Crystal Castles and Justice thrown in for good measure.

Tried some orchestral themes from various movies, it really works great. Man, it sounded cool when the vulcano-stage opened up and the Terminator-theme started! Epic battle right there.
