it’s all good. i was super frustrated at evo with all the random pauses and xbm bs from outside controllers. stupid wireless controllers. so i had to take my aggression out on the 5on5 heh

I’ll say it before and I’ll say it again, when that shit was happening I was getting seriously confused. Like the first time, it was like “okay…someone paused who was playing” But once there was that random “quit game” thing…that pretty much set it off as something is going on.
I almost got DQ’d for pressing Home button when it was actually a fucking padwarrior still synced to the PS3.

If it’s on ps3 again, I’m sure we can petition to have them log in some profiles on all the boxes…since that’s what was causing it.
As in we would have earned trophies in all of those instances, IF we were logged in…
*side note: I fucking hate all the “next-gen” bullshit that’s fucking with everything. Wireless syncing of controllers on the 360 is a bitch, always needing to be logged in to record pointless stats, fucking achievements that turn every game into a WoW quest grind (if you care enough to do them…), and just the overall lack of quick n easy to play that we all loved n enjoyed on our snes. can i get a save slot a b c instead of profiles one day?

Evo should just hire me to grind all the colors and characters on each console, I don’t care and then that’ll get rid of the trophy BS and then all we have to do is disallow pad warriors haha. Or at least make sure that the judges make all pad warriors desync there controllers before the next game.
To be honest, if they still have PS3’s only, and I don’t have my own PS3 stick… I don’t think I’d go. I was mad at myself for having to ask other people who were currently in pools next to me to borrow their sticks. Altogether, I will probably not be as hyped for the next one because of Evo, but because of Vegas.
Does connecting the controller through the USB cable disable wireless? Maybe that’s the solution for the pad warriors.
Yeah, but then their match is over and they remove the USB cable and people are walking around with PS3 grenades.
when i was planning on going i was more hype just about being in vegas again and getting super fucking wasted and then evo, and getting wasted after.
i hate all this new gen stuff. i havent even updated my xbox and im not online. i didnt even know you had to sync the controller until the other day. the most complicated thing i did on snes was calibrate the gun for lethal enforcers which took like a second and it was ON. i smashed on sunset riders the other day too
