What happened to my avatar?

Randomly stopped moving. It has the right file size.

This one. Any way to fix it? I tried reuploading it multiple times.

Is there an issue with Gravatar updating? I still see this Blue Hulk avatar though it’s been changed for over a week. Verified it’s showing up correctly on Gravatar’s check tool.
