Well I definitely wouldn’t ask for a game that’s already on ggpo and/or 2df. Cause that kinda defeats the purpose of all the hard work the canon bros. and damdai has done for us. :blush:

So I think my list would be the following (mind you, this would be on psn and playable online):

  • Tekken Tag Tournament (yeah I said it… :bluu: )
  • Street Fighter EX 2 + (psx version)
  • Street Fighter Alpha 3 (Anthology)
  • The Rumble Fish 2
  • VF4: Evo (I never played FT :frowning: … was there a ps2 release? )
  • CvS2
  • Bloody Roar 3 (hopefully extreme)
  • Project Justice
  • MIRA, 98UM, and 2k2 UM
  • NGBC
  • BAT2
  • Asuka 120% buring festival final (Get raped Melty Blood)
  • Shaman King (Google the psx fighter :smile: )
  • X-Men M.A 2 (if you don’t know what this game is, shame on you)
  • Advance V.G 2
  • Tobal 2 (if NO ONE mentioned this, you should all be banned :lol: )

But the likelyhood of these games being on psn or online for any reason…is very very slim. :frowning:

TMNT: Tournament fighters. Bring that hype back. If we could get an HD Remix of it with shiny new graphics, even better. Just the graphics, no balance changes.

Couldnt care less about them xbitches. for psn we need some ps2 collections. all in all, its really fucking simple (bitch ass motherfuckers at psn and snk/cap).

tobal 2 on psx with ggpo netcode. This is the best 3d fighting game NO ONE has played. It only got released in japan unfortunately. Part 1 was released in the states but part 2 is superior.

I can’t remember the exact story behind dream factory but from what I’ve gathered across the net, the DF team that made the tobal series broke up and eventually bled into VF ekken AFTER tobal 2. Its really cool to see 2 top games today rival each other when they were once on the same team. You can actually see some of the stuff they stole from tobal and how those mechanics were implemented into VF ekken. After tobal 2, DF was still around but they had changed their core team so much it should of been a different company. Don’t lump games like ehrgeiz or kakuto chojin with tobal 2. Same company, WAYYYY different people running the show.

anyone who has played this game EVEN a little will tell you its JUST FRAME CRAZY! most extended normal sequences require just frame timing and 1 just frame can have another just frame right after it. The engine mechanics are unrivaled. 8way run\jump not present in vf ekken and the grappling system is AMAZING. Probably the best throw engine EVER created in any fighting game. Its just not throwing, its actual grappling.

there are 180 characters but only 20-30 were meant to be taken seriously.

I encourage anyone who has a decent computer or a modded ps2\psx to give this game a shot. Play it for 5 mins and you’ll be addicted if you’re a 3d fan.

Just popping into warn anyone who can boot PSX discs using Breaker Pro/modchip that not ALL PSX games will work, due to some being “blocked” on a different region PS2. I found this out the hard way the other day.
