Got the entire soundtrack on my iPod. Been listening to it all the time to and from work. Fite me.

Finally got around to watching Bubblegum Crisis. Took me long enough.

MAKE IT RAIN!

Pat Benatar has a powerful voice and made some powerful music

I still can’t The National. Didn’t click with me.

That Vampire Weekend took me by surprise though. Making songs actually about vampires ftw. Plus they had Sky Ferreira in their video.

But I prefer this version still

If only this song was longer…

Some old school Bay area pimp shit

It took me a few listens to Alligator and Boxer, before they really clicked with me.

“Abel” and “Apartment Story” are strong enough for me to have given them the extra listens to gel.

I am probably in a minority in that I think High Violet is actually a low point.

I can easily see how they might not appeal to someone else though - they’re an acquired taste.

But anyways, on to other high points of my current listening.

Off of my EP of The Year, last year.

Saw an ad for a movie that played Clint Eastwood in the background, got me to dust off my copy of the Gorillaz album.

Reminiscing, old school. :coffee:

I’m clearing my head.
