Street Fighter IV is the only game I imagine that would take up all the setups. After that, there should be a few setups for practicing should people want.
If somehow HD-R is ready for play before 4pm, then any time up till then will most likely be used for casuals.
Sunday will be us trying to get everything setup for finals and working through our hang overs day. 1pm even is a stretch…
I take it that it would be way too much trouble to have checkin/registration an hour before each game begins (excluding SF4)? Or is there any chance there maybe a few extra tvs so we can bring our own consoles?
Hopefully some of the HDR guys will be bringing a spare tv/lcd since there may not be any additional setups…if necessary, I’ll contribute to a pot to purchase an extra lcd so we don’t have to sit idle for 5+ hours…and going to Fashion Island/South Coast is great and all to pass the time, but I can do that anyday of the week.

I may bring my setup if that’s the case. I picked up the ASUS “lagless” monitor
I surmise that even with the A/C at max, the sheer amount of bodies will counteract the cool air.

Uhhhh, if anyone needs a room at the last minute pm me with your info/situation. I’ll be bringing my monitor, ps3, and (2) TE sticks. I’m checking on Friday around 3pm
My only stipulations are :
Bring some alcohol.
Don’t trash the room.
Don’t be a creeper. (this is subjective)
Also, I only have the room booked till Sunday afternoon. I am willing to split the costs on adding an extra day (I already have the other days covered).

Pool Party starts at 7:00pm. If anything, we’ll have music and drinks in the cabana area. So if you’re not inside the actual pool, plenty of people will be in the cabanas.
