I like this.
Thank you! I’ll be rockin’ it everywhere. Please let me know how to obtain said huge shirt.
We like you Markman.
Mr. Rog, esq.
Are there any rooms for ballers available and what status of baller-ness would you need to stay in those ballerific rooms?
I need a lot of space when I pass out from alcohol poisoning!
The Marriott has two suites available though I think I may already have one of them. They go for $300 a night. You’d have to ask for the Warzone discount.
Yeah when I checked the website it said it wasn’t available during that weekend. I will give them a call!
Thanks for the info sir!
Tekken. :]
I got scared for a second, but fortunately, PAX East is March 26th - 28th, so it’s before the tournament. PAX West is Sept. 2nd - 5th. You’re cleared to go!
I’ll shoot you a PM with details. Btw… just noticed the SFIV schedule. Any reason SFIV is starting in the evening instead of the morning?
Kai can probably explain it better. But we wanted to make sure the other games got some big screen/stream exposure.
SFIV is slated to start later because last year we basically dicked out every other game by starting them after SF4. This year, in order to ensure that they get the attention that they deserve, aka stream time, proper brackets, etc. and also as an “apology” for last year, we’ve slated every other game to start before this stupid beast we call SF4. Also, I know that there are people like Afrolegends that only come to play ST. If possible, I’d like to offer guys like him the ability to come and play early and party on later in the night, or do whatever else they want.
I know that some tournaments like to run SF4 first, which is kind of the reason why we followed this schedule last year, but from experience now, it’s just stupid. I don’t see any reason to make tournaments that only take 2-3 hours to run to wait 8-10 hours to start. As an example, Evo now follows this format also, having dedicated their Saturday last year to SF4.
And again, we’d really like to give each and every game equal attention.
Negative. Pool 9 was the biggest issue. My boy ended up playing himself. LOL!:xeye:
Hum. Practically everyone ends up playing with themselves at some point. =P
That’s just odd.
Such a sweetheart you and John Rog are.
I was made with kisses and candy. Probably why I’m this fat. =/
am so essite
Me and the rest of the R* crew will be there again this year, that is if we can get this damn game out the door!
John Rog can retire on his LOLk already.
Damn it! Why do all the SoCal tournaments have to be the week after or before I visit home for a vacation >_<.
What’s a LOLk???
BBCT Tourney is going to feel weird because BBCS has been out for a couple of months and has gotten more popular, especially in the West Coast where the CS scene got much bigger.
But having a BBCS tourney is going to be more of a problem because it’s not out on consoles yet.
