Anybody know good cardio for someone like me with bad knees? I do calisthenics (Gotch Bible @dab00g ) every other day and rest the day after.
On rest days I walk for about an hour. That’s nice and all but I don’t really feel like I’m getting much out of it aside from getting out of the house.
I’m looking for an indoor swimming pool nearby but no luck so far.
Tl;dr cardio suggestions for a dude with old man knees knees?
Why don’t you just do more calisthenics then?
I’m mostly just looking for an alternative form of cardio until I build up my strength. I’m not worn out on rest days but I’m not strong enough to just keep doing total body calisthenics every day. If I’m just being a bitch and need to do some more calisthenics then let me know lol.
No indoor pool, I’m not swimming in weather less than 30C also.

But if you want some shit that will kill your legs and spirit here is my warm up:
200 hindu squats
50 bodyweight squats
100 jumping jacks
50 lunges (25 each leg)
50 pushups
50 hindu pushups
50 handwalk pushups
The m-100
50 Leg lifts
50 Triangles
50 russian twist
50 crunches
That will make a man out of you fast or slow. Do it all.
Before doing, make sure you do rotations and stretches,
Also do 12 minutes of hiit on an elliptical
1 minute sprint, 30 second rest for 3 reps
2 minute sprint, 20 second rest for 3 reps
3 minute sprint, then cooldown for 1 rep
This will also make you sweat your valls off

Besides Viagra, what supps are you guys taking? For me; amino tabs 8 a day, creatine, 80% casein 20% whey combo, and T6 Xplosion Fat Burner. Just browsing other things

I just take protein powder at the moment. I’ve tried creatine, but it didn’t do a thing for me. I also have some BCAAS lying around, but I havnt tried it yet.
i found the same w creatine, no gain off it, until I stayed consistent with taking it every day. it does make my face bloated but i do feel stronger and fuller

Yeah I can see the bloat with creatine and I’m on a cut. Might come off of it soon for a month.
I just ordered more Aminos, Creatine, Omega 3 and Multivitamins.
I probably got a month/ month and a half of protein left so I’ll try something different after that.
Fat burners work too, well T6 Xplosion do, I haven’t tried any others. It’s mostly caffeine/green tea extract. Today is my off day but I may go in because of those pizzas/kebabs, 40 minutes cardio and abs.
