Yesterday broke my streak of gym every day, NOOOO. Was my rest day but I do cardio and abs on them now. I was tired, had the option of tournament or gym… Fuck it, sleep wins.

That is what I am finding. Also its nice to see that you aren’t as weak as you thought when you pick a starting weight. I had to increase the weight several times to stimulate my muscles better.

I prefer dumbbells, so I started doing barbell only except when gym is busy. Now I’m doing both on my new plan.

Ive used, and maybe even commented here a few years ago, about how real Animal Cuts is, and take Animal Pak with it if its still being made. Animal Cuts defo imo best legal fat burner to get you lose dat bf%.

regarding chest im actually not a big fan of barbells. i like the incline machine because i feel like i can really focus on using my chest, and i can also just use one handle to focus on one side (saw that in a phil heath video). i love dumbbell pullovers 5 sets of 15 gets my chest juicy. ill only use barbells for decline press

When working chest am almost exclusively on the decline bench and using dumbells. I like to do some flys after presses, just feels like am getting a better working that way and keeps my chest looking cut.

Lol, I don’t think that guy even got his chin above the bar once. I didn’t watch the whole thing but I saw him do “50” I guess and yeah, definitely not how you do pullups. “ZERO!!” :lol:

Every 2-3 weeks I was gonna change my workout but keep the same routine, running outta new shit without improvising. Like put the sand back on my shoulder, then in front on the next rep.

As for the solid 17/10, I’d say she’s an 18. She can keep doing what she’s doing, as long as she’s walking around looking hot, I don’t have to worry about stealing the bench when someone is using it. I’ll do my 5+ sets before they even notice.

When I did P90X, I was introduced to a lot of different types of pullups. Despite the differences, there was one aspect that they all share: your chin has to go over the bar.

So when I stopped the workout DVD game and moved to the gym, I was shocked to see that almost no one gets their chin over the bar when doing pullup. I was such an epidemic that I thought there was some other type of exercise using the pull up bar that I wasn’t aware of.

About two weeks ago, I’ve entered the ACAT TKD competition at Virginia Tech, and tied for 3rd place in the beginner heavyweight division (technically got fourth but somehow earned a 3rd place medal). To be honest, given my performance, I was convinced that I wasn’t going to win a damn thing, but somehow I did. My club member who was also in my division earned 1st and my opponent earned 2nd. Personally for me, it’s something I guess.

After a year of bullshitting at the gym, i finally found a routine im comfortable with. Never thought id enjoy weightlifting as much as i have in the past three months. I been mostly working on getting a good form and building up my strength. My progress is going slow but im seeing some results. I feel slimmer pants feel loser, my brother even said he could see where some of the muscle is building.

Everything seems to be going pretty good, but here is where im struggling the most. Is my diet, does anyone have anywhere where i can look and get some examples on some diets and ways to start eating cleaner? My brother has been telling my progress will come to a halt unless i change my eating habits. My whole life i been like crap and never liked to eat the healthy green stuff. I think its time for me to start cutting all the crap and clean up my habits a bit. Im really happy with how i been doing changing my look on working out and actually doing it to help my self in the long run…

If i could get some input on some diets from you guys that would be awesome! Been doing some research, but any tips are appreciated!
