I used to eat them years ago, but since I resolved to eliminate soy from my diet, I stopped eating them because nearly every bar I’ve seen has soy in it.
Besides, I’ve always found protein shakes a more efficient and cost-effective supplement in a pinch.
Wow, I weighed myself and to my surprise I’ve lost 30lbs. I guess that explains the fact that all my clothes are baggy now. Oh well, this fatality set on chest day was killer, but worth it. Also I am noticing a lot more women paying attention to me in and out the gym as well. Its cool I guess.
Hope everyone is kicking ass in the gym.

You know people always think i weigh less than i look. But people are dumb. Low center of gravity meaning i weigh more because my ass and legs
It’s leg day people, meaning no getting off the toilet because your legs can’t handle it.
I prefer protein powder to the bars.
I feel you man. I used to hate that when I would compete in Judo. I’m only 5’8" and granted I would weight anywhere between 225-250 when I compete. I’d look like I weighed 189lbs. My goal would be to get around 185lbs, but I don’t think with the muscle I’ve built over the years I would ever get to that. So I want to be just under 220. Mainly for if I start competing in Judo again.
@dab00g - Yo man, it looks like me an my wife are planning an LA trip. When it gets closer, I’ll PM you so we can possibly meet up (i’ll bring my gi too). Just givin you a heads up because I didn’t head out there last year.
I’m getting stronger but what would my body look like if I eat dirty? I eat like crap but I feel physically stronger and in shape. I’m not working out to get a certain body type because that’s a retarded and vain reason to get in shape.
It’s just a curiosity question because I’ll probably just eat the same stuff.

Yeah, you def don’t want to be stuck in 100+ kg if you can avoid it. My weight has been hovering around 215-218, but the prospect of going up against those behemoths in 100+ had me watching my diet lol

does the title muscle development come with a pic of a needle?
Have any of you guys taken an extended break from working out and when you getting back in the rhythm you’re actually performing better than before? I feel actually stronger, with more stamina after a month-long sabbatical than I have in a long while… even though I’ve gained some winter weight.

Man. My first judo tournament I was the lightest of the open category. I hated it. Everyone was taller and bigger than me. Granted I took third I got my ass tossed a few times.
I wish getting jacked was as easy as just shooting up steroids /:
