I like adjustments, massages, and physical therapy all together with yoga

Tonight its just me and a bro whos arms are my goal in the gym and were both doing chest.

I love ego lifting. Best way to get the desired results. The more girls around, the better.

I’m up to 315x10 on seated overhead press now because I kept going to the gym at peak hours. Showing off is a natural steroid.

My chest hurts so had today. And i dont believe in ego lifting…we were just both doing incline on benches diagonal to and facing each other. I didnt wanna look like a pussy so i did too much weight and im paying for it now lol :frowning:

Made my recent 6 year progress video… didnt make a lot of gainz this year because health was to bad and I was in the hospital a lot, but thats life… But for what its worth heres my video for it…
Ive had a lot of health problems through out my life… tumors, diffuse scleroderma, arthritis, sjogerns, hashimotos thyroditis, lymes, asthma, crohns, chronic migraines, cluster headaches, blah blah i could go on and on lots of bad luck.

Damnit Sucky that is impressive as fuck man. Real inspirational too, you shame a man for not going full throttle when you consider the medical stuff you got on your plate. That last photo is the stage I wanna be at for next year, the only thing that gives me a shot is my BS job is a daily workout for 8 hrs at a time.

Oh yea over 5 weeks off the cigs now lads, didnt put on a single pound that weight gain after nicotine is some bullshit I tell ya.

PPL routine is working, although today I was in an fuck it mood. Got a solid 8/10 wanting to workout with me but eh, she’s gonna just slow me down. I’ll just tell her what to do and get on with it. I’m being told I’m probably overtraining, went from 4 days a week to every day. My routine is 6 but I do cardio/abs on the 7th.

Just an update, I guess. My weight loss has slowed down a lot but it’s still going at a pace I’m ok with. I’m at about 230 right now but I’ve changed up my exercising a bit.

I can only do so much because due to a procedure I had in February I have temporary nerve damage in almost my entire left side so doing exercises that require a lot of momentum (like jogging) or pressure (like push ups) are extremely hard for me because it causes my nerves to basically go into shock which causes an immense amount of pain. Sometimes to where I can’t function properly the rest of the day.

30 minutes on recumbent bike
100 Hindu squats
3x of 2 minute stair climbs
5x 2 minute jumping jacks
3x 2 minute tricep dips

I usually do this routine about 4-5 times a week.

I’m trying to figure out stuff for my stomach but a lot of it requires a lot of balance which unfortunately most days I can’t really manage cause of the mentioned nerve damage.

Any advice would be great though.

Stuff like high knees and mountain climbers along with doing cheerleader kicks, cardio kickboxing, and hip hop abs will help

I will forever push gotch bible, but if you have significant never damage how are you doing hindu pushups or dips? But not pushups.

What movements are restrictive to you. But honestly calisthenics is the best method of cardio

I do the squats against a wall usually and I’m very careful when doing the dips. I make sure I have something secure to grab on incase my balance gets off set.

I don’t do Hindu push-ups. I tried them a few times but my left arm just couldn’t handle it. It would keep giving out or the pain would be too intense

It feels pretty good when other folks comment on your gains, especially since you don’t always notice them yourself. A couple of days ago a friend of mine was like, ā€œyou definitely weren’t this big last year, you’re starting to look like a linebacker!ā€, and I’m just like :get_outta_here:

Anyone run into the resolution crowd yet? I went to the gym earlier this evening and it was pretty normal, but they’ll probably be in full force this coming Monday. I’m gonna be really vigilant about working out at 5AM so I’ll hopefully dodge a lot of them.
