chris you take no products before you lift, some will say from half hour to fifteen min before you lift and depending some are needed on lift days only.
creatine I usually sip while im lifting (taking SizeOn) and on non workout days ill take it before I go to bed (other types will have it first thing in the mornin mid day etc, just depends)
protein shakes I take an hour before I lift an immediately after I lift ill take some protein with steel cut oats.
theirs a bunch more things I could get into so just pm me or ill see ya at nickle.
So, this idea struck me between yesterday and today.
I was thinking about taking 4 cereals and mixing them together in a big container. The 4 cereals would be Cheerios, Fiber One, Go Lean Kashi, and one more I have to look up the name in a magazine (suppose to be high in fiber and protein). After making it, Iād divide the mix into 4 cereal bags. Then when I get a decent amount of free time, I would look at each of the boxesā nutritional values and calculate the average for what one box of the mix comes out to.
Any comments on this? I havenāt thought of any downsides to this, but Iām sure I could of missed something.

Biotest low carb metabolic drive! Rated by menshealth as the best protein powder. Has whey isolate, and micellar casein (really high quality proteins) :lovin:
I jump out of bed almost every morning with ridiculous cramping in my calves. I walk on it until it goes away, then I go back to sleep. It makes my legs really sore and itās really annoying. I heard that these types of cramps are caused by some nutrition deficit, like I need to eat more magnesium or potassium. Can anyone confirm this?
about the calfs cramping in the morning, it could depend what you do in your sleep, you might tenseā¦but drink a good amount of water and intake more potasium, banannas helpā¦
One thing that irks me on protien shake quality threads on bodybuilding websites: you get a bunch of people talking like they know so much and have made such huge gains, but when you check their pic gallery, theyāre a bunch of scrawny wimps who are rating the shakes by TASTE rather than results. Soā¦I got a 5lb tub Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey (I used to use Body Fortress). Is this a step up in quality?
I did good with that, it blended well with milk and the overall taste was good too. Though, that was my first protein shake I ever tried so I canāt compare it too many other brands. I started using a different brand recently, but most likely Iām going to switch back to Optimum Nutrition.
When I get some more time Iāll read the first page more thoroughly, but whatās a good way to get rid of a gut? and how should I go about getting rid of it. Like if itās sit-ups I need to do, whatās a good number to do? and how often should I do it?
