well i havent been swimming since high school and i dont remember it being a problem. although about 2 years ago i was in a hot tub with my ex and this was around the time when i first realized my problem. she didnt notice/care and neither did i really. i’d say in the last year or so is when i fully understood my problem.
Gyno usually comes from taking a gear cycle from what I have read and spoken to people who have came down w/ it. Some people have used/countered it w/ more hormone treatment, but from what I gather surgery is the most definitive an “safest” way to relieve yourself of the problem. Have you tried to put on more mass/bulk then cut out the fat after?
This is the primary reason I stay away from any test boosters, natural or not.
good luck
ive never used any hormone enhancers or anything related. i’ve taken creatine for a couple months but this was after the fact. i’m pretty sure its natural, im in the process of looking for a good surgeon. the best ive found so far is 3hrs away in houston.
So today I didn’t have to lift and I thought the weather was pretty mild, seemed good to pick up the old basketball and just shoot around.
After a little while, I noticed the left side of my lower back started feeling uncomfortable, like it was getting extra weight there making it endure more than the right side. Another small problem was every time I took a shot, my right elbow felt like I was releasing the ball too hard (even though I’m sure I wasn’t).
Anyone know what could be wrong? Am I just rusty for not playing in a while?
**i need a dumbbelll only workout. **
i have dumbbells, a bench, and a pulldown bar and the leg machine where you start with your legs bent and stretch them in front of you.
i can’t use magnus workouts because i lack most the things he uses. and there like 1 dumbbell exercise on bodybuilding.com
my current workouts are basically educated guesses
http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html heres a list of exercises you can do that are broken down into separate muscles and equipment. They also give you tips for making a program and keeping up at it.
yeah, that website helped me out a lot when i started out…
uesful images + descriptions…
They need to have a rule at gym’s like; If you dont lose 5-10 pounds in the first month or increase your strength (or something like that)they need to make them leave, or something like that cause there are way too many people who sit on the machine/ bench sitting there doing nothing or take entirly too long to do anything while others who are serious sit & wait. One guy yesterday sat at the shoulder press and read a book.
Others just sit there and just watch everyone.
And I hate getting criticized by other overweight members who been there for years and has yet to physically change.
Bottom line: IF you not going to the gym and take your body seriously… STAY HOME!!:annoy:
sorry… but its just getting on my nerves…
Wow thats retarded… i’ve never seen that happen over here… and I would get pissed off nicely if it ever did…
I’ve been doing weight training for like 3 months now and my left bicep is more defined than my right bicep. (I am right handed fyi).
Help!!
I asked a friend of mine who is a biologist and very active with animal rescue and upbringing. She said the ‘bad’ stuff comes from overseas and is several months old. So if you’re buying stuff packaged in the USA you’re solid; you’re also good if it was packaged recently (within the last couple months), no matter where it’s from. At the grocery store last week buying a new tub of whey protein I looked at every single brand and they all were manufactured and packaged in the USA, so I think for the most part unless you’ve been ordering from some weird place online it should be fine.
Thanks, man. Very comforting.
About the uneven biceps:
You can always readjust by lifting more for the ‘weaker’ arm.
You really need to work out in front of a mirrior, I’m guessing that you’re doing things lopsided.
the human body is not symetrical…i would say ignore it, keep working out, eventually they will come closer to looking alike…
im outi

Hey Magnus. I remembered you mentioned something about Undulating Periodization in the past. Can you just give me a quick recap on what it is? Thanks.

I’m back

Not much, thread’s been the same, maybe less posts. I haven’t come across any new information, but found this article when I did a google search on periodization.

Does undulating fall under conjugate? or are they completely different from one another?
Anybody now where I can learn about natural/hormonal height gains.I’m trying to get as tall as possible before I start any weight lifting. For now I just run/swim and the occasional pushups and situps. Im 16 around 150 and 6’2
it’s bullshit.
a lot of pro basketball players weight trained when they were in HS, and i doubt they’d all be 7-8 feet if they didn’t lift.
i think what’s important is that you get enough sleep, i remember hearing that sleep is essential to GH production, and lack of sleep cuts that off and limits your growth.
