Probably not my place to say, and if its none of my business then I apologize, but is there any need to publicly put on blast those guys who are banned?
I guess it just seems a little humiliating to be banned and be publicly announced like that, maybe PMs would be less discouraging?

There’s no humiliation in the soft ban. We all put our selves out there for judgement, and those who can’t come for 2 weeks have that much time to come back stronger.
