No grapplers. You’ll see more grabs landed by Sassy or by Lei Lei… then by victor.
Victor is definetly more of a striker thanks to his electric moves which have tons of priority and do chip damage. If you want to land 360s Sasquatch is really the only one who can do it with any consistency.

Haha, not really Nate. If this were a normal game, Victor and the Quach would be straight up throw characters. But, because of all of the sub systems and crappy throw range on 360’s, really only Sasquatch can get throws. Reason being: his best moves are speed and priority. He just scares the shit out of opponents with fat rush down, then does a throw + combo which knocks down and does 1/3 life. So fucking broken.

I believe chronicles is if you get the dipswitches turned on. There is also a ps2 anthology version.

It’s funny that this got brought up. I posted in Preppy’s tournament thread that I would bring Vampire Darkstalkers Collection for PS2 (all 5 arcade perfect Darkstalkers games) to his gathering and asked if anyone was interested. All I got was chirping crickets for a reply.

Tru nough. You guys ever get on GGPO, I just played some matches there. The skill level is pretty varied alot of people using the good basic characters, like Gallon, Sassy, Felicia. I get beasted when I play my stank ass(don’t let that thing grab you, hahaa) victor, but I do pretty good with my Jedah. If you see me on (fullmetalross) play me!
I’d like to get a copy of this DC Vampire chronicles. I have the PSone Darkstalkers 3, are there any major problems with that one?
AFAIK, the PS1 version is good, but I’ll bring copies of the DC or PS2 version next time if people want them, just let me know which version you guys want
