I only played a little at Zach’s. Good games, though. All the below is to the best of my knowledge. Please keep that in mind, take it with a grain of salt. However, AFAIK:
Chun-Li’s vertical LK will beat out any of Dictator’s jump-ins. However, it is also true that Dictator’s vertical LK will beat out most (any?) of Chun-Li’s jump-ins. (Unless they are in the air very much before you) Chun’s j. LK is better, but they’re both good enough.
So it’s not really quite as one-sided a match as it might seem. In fact, I think most characters have vert. LKs that will stuff just about anything, air-to-air, except for possibly a well-executed vertical jump attack just out of range. But in general, it was my impression that verts beat jump-ins.
It is possible for Dictator to punish a vert. LK with his head stomp move (from far away, don’t know about close), and I think with a psycho crusher when they come down (maybe?). I don’t play dictator, though, so I’ll just duck out at this point.

I FINALLY got my RGB cable for my saturn working… I am wondering if people are interested in Saturn fighting games, as well as Guardian Heroes 4 player, Saturn Bomberman, and other tight saturn games at my house?
It’s on my RGB monitor, you guys haven’t really seen the saturn until you’ve seen it in it’s purest colors with the best graphics!
