Well assuming from the posts I’m assuming that no one here followed the Smash scene. Ever since 4 or so years ago when I started to play Smash I always saw Jem at tournaments. He would talk shit on the boards and start stuff until eventually the top players like Eggz and some other Combo Status crew started to beef with him but it’s all good now. Jem was alright at Melee and apparently he’s good at Brawl (I stopped playing it a couple months in) but he dropped out of high school to play Halo for some MLG team. Basically he likes to talk a lot but it’s usually not really serious. There’s no way some no name friend of Jem’s can come here and whoop on all of you guys.
Get it on video, dammit.

I know that we just got done dealing with a similar situation recently, and don’t really want to start beefin, We’ll see what happens at the next GC tournament.
So I guess Jem saying his friend was good at SF4 wasn’t accurate, he was really talking about how good his friend is at this game -

To be honest I don’t take anything that guy says seriously, he’s the type that wins an out of state tournament and comes back to rub it in our faces instead of help us out. He’s the type that talks to players from other states and tells them he is the only player they should worry about at a tournament. I could go on but I wont. I challenged his friend to a $50 money match at the next GC to prove to Jem that his mouth is too big but I doubt that Jem’s friend even plays SF4 seriously. Honestly I’m just hoping that alot of the brawl players enter the SF4 tournament, I mean they all bought SF4 right when it released so I’m assuming they didn’t waste $55 on a game they never play :rolleyes:
That is kinda how he acts, but he can back it up in Brawl. I’m not sure how he does in Halo but I remember him in a recent MLG highlight. I’ll be attending this tournament but I’m only going to join Melee since it’s the only game I’m good at lol plus I don’t have SFIV yet. Hopefully we get some good talk/matches there 
I SUCK at melee. You can ask anyone who was at the second SF4 tournament at GC, I played Gimpy a couple times and he was 4 stocking me when he chose random I only got into Brawl because of Snake. :karate: Hmm, but yeah I was thinking about having a Mark of the Wolves/Last Blade/Samurai Showdown tournament at my place soon. Any of you like any of those games?
The real LOLs is Brawl players even thinking they even rate highly enough to be considered for beef with the Street Fighter players. That’s like a pro Boom Blox player starting beef with us. Where’s the fun when, if they start talking shit, it’s just like “You play Brawl.” DONE.
Brawl is bottom tier no matter how many stages you ban and how many items you turn off. Bow down to da Gods.
Brawl was so boring for me… I placed 5th at GC twice in singles and got third twice in doubles with Vista but I couldn’t take it anymore lol. So slowwwwwwwwwwwwwww. This was before Jem got so good. If I stuck with it I think I could have got pretty far. But as for those games, never heard of them lol.
