To be fair, groups like PR and Marketing will probably split their time between SFIV and other projects. That being said, the cost of running just the core dev team is huge, especially for a full retail title.

It doesn’t fucking matter what fucking tier they are, THERE IS NOTHING MORE GROSS TO GET HIT BY THAN EMPTY JUMP ULTRA. Maybe Ryu’s standing shoryu, link super. To me, there’s nothing more irritating than getting hit by empty jump ultra/grab super. It’s just the principle of the matter, don’t bring tiers into it. Get off your high horse dawg~

We all know how good Gief is, and I have a feeling T.Hawk is gonna be very similar. Grab ultra’s and supers aren’t easily comboable (you aren’t gonna get your super off from c.mp) but in trade they have the option of messing with your head and using jumps in different ways to land that grab. Yknow how its really bad to get knocked down by gief though? T.Hawk is feeling like a more potent version of that, what with his dive moves knocking down.
