I think its time I contribute to this. Im going to do some meter amount testing tonight and post up results.
Oh right I posted here
Oh. Unfortunately I don’t do mods so if I were to get this I’d either be paying full price for the import or waiting on the domestic release. Not really interested in the former even if Kasumi is buff.
But will a domestic release really happen at this point? They kind of skipped over 98UM for the crappy 360 version, and SNKP has been pulling a lot of release dates over the last couple months.
98UM came out for ps2 in the states.
Well hopefully 2002UM comes out for both PSN and 360 and the date for 360 is still spring 2010.

My turn
Meter Characteristics
- Meter is 66 pixels in length.
- Players receives one pixel of meter per hit received.
- Meter does not overflow into the next stock. Example: You do a move while your character has currently 65 pixels, that move will only grant the remaining pixel. Multi hitting moves will result in the first hit or first blocked hit granting the one pixel but will grant normal meter gains after the initial hit or initial blocked hit.
- Regular throws do not grant meter to either player.
Now the game is out on XBLA for everyone in the US to play, so you all should download it. This game is pretty fun so far and if enough people take interest in this game, then we could develop a scene for this game. Also people are saying that this game is the best way to prepare for KoFXIII so if you’re interested in that, then you should be playing this.
Hit me up at night!
Gonna save up a couple Job Corp paychecks and pick up a 360, first thing I’m grabbing is 2k2UM. Dreamcancel is the best place to go for information.
One of the best thing about this game has got to be how balanced the roster is, other than Chang really no one comes to mind when it comes to being useless.
Yeah I’ve been playing this. I’d rather offline this bitch, to be honest. Too many lag matches online, I’m starting to feel like it’s not worth it. And already flowchart shit everywhere.
But I’ll stick with it for a week or two more. I’m usually on from 4-7 outside of weekends.
