I miss the days of Momochi’s Akuma. He was by far my favorate. Tokido, Eita, and -6 are all very tallented players, but I always loved how Momochi was a SF player first and an Akuma player second in the sense that he built his game on solid fundimentals and worked his way up.
Infiltration has a very simillar playstyle (or should I say Momochi has the same playstyle as Infiltration? oO), they’re both very heavy on footsies and zoning, they’re all about awesome spacing. And infiltration is as well, first and foremost an SF player (everyone has seen that with his recent performances at tourneys where he used all kinds of characters xD), so yeah, go Korea! xD
Is there any Topanga League B footage around? I’d love to see Eita’s matches particularly.

Yes sometimes st.mk is a good tool to poke someone in the corner, it’s safer than sweep and has the same range.

Man, I just plain can’t get hype for this Topanga league. These idiots insisting on using that god-awful NicoNico network just plain kills it.
Anyone remember the Godsgarden online series hosted on Twitch/Justin? That was awesome. Accessible, hype as hell, wicked matches between high profile players, archives, free, the works. A genuine community effort for the community. Hell, re-streams were everywhere coupled with alternate commentary. None of this closed-off crap published on a fickle and retarded network. I feel like there’s a slew of kick ass matches being played right now and we’re totally missing out on them combined with the players not receiving the potential support they deserve.
Put that noise on Twitch for free and enable a donation scheme, or, work with a partner for a re-stream Twitch alternative and let folks who like (haha, wat) NicoNico continue to use that god-awful nonsense.
Going off on a tangent now, but I really admire what Cannon is doing with EVO this year. Stream is free, but if you flip him some pocket change you can get a 720p stream. That’s awesome. No way in hell will I be able to view that 720p stream here in AU, but I’ll flip him the cash anyways 'cos its a kick ass concept. Mandatory PPV for gaming streams is really dirty in my opinion and strikes me as whorish. Free streams with a donation option? Totally in there and they’ll get my money.
Hopefully someone snaps up some captures of this Topanga stuff as I really wanna see those YHC-Mochi matches, but I really doubt it as last time Topanga whored around with PPV streams and folks captured and dumped it on Youtube, they went rather dickish in response.
-6 is such a gentlemen he switch to the green gi and let eita wear the white one during their match… it was a really good match and ended the way i thought it would -6 winning convincingly … i watched the majority of both of their matches from the topanga league i was impressed by both, eita dominated so much cuz he mashes more to be honest…lol… -6 tried to play footsies too much he should have just went random like eita… eita showed damn respect… and huge props to YHCmochi for bodying both so free, not really surprised since he does well in sims bad matchups…
