Team ec is easy? What about josh wigfall? Even mixup, who hasn’t played at a major in 7-9 years should get some love. What about infinite aka money mike? Rick Mears? Org? That’s only to name a few, I’ve heard about the underground beasts that play @ ctf too.
It seems to me the best decision is to make team 1 and 3 play for the five spots, the only problem is that, in my opinion, two of the top 5 players on the west coast do not even have 15 votes (referring to the other thread). What a shame. This proves to me that fans should not be able to vote, and that similar to steve nash not selected as a starter to the all-star team (for those of you who watch basketball), some people are not receiving votes when they deserve some. Team 3, by default, has already earned the preliminary spot for team west coast, and its up to the remaining players to try and take that from us however they team up. Assemble the five you want, but let it be known: we’re not going to lose. Team three is hungry, and we’ll eat people’s food with saying grace. Get at us. There is no more reason to post, we"ll let our play do the talking.

Money mike and Infinite are two different people. I perfected money mike during the evo tourney. Beat mike infinite in the evo tourney, and then beat him for money on a mas (he thought I couldn’t play on stick though I do suck on console sticks, just not as much as he does lol j/k). Default nothin, your team still aint representin, but justin’s idea is good, if we can only get soo chunk duc and the others all there at one time.
edit: for the record this is fanatiq. My “fanatiq” s/n was banned during the multiple account thing so I used my friend’s old s/n. Thanks rob

Deus and Potter need to be on this team. ECC was damn near free for me thanks to betting on these guys.
You don’t make any sense. So fans should not be able to vote, and team three earned its spot because the fans voted for it? What kind of logic is that?
All I know is that ECC is the real deal in Marvel, played in real machines, and the only guy who was not embarrassed over there was Chunksta. Team 3 is running from every kind of Erik money match. Do you really think you guys can take has Wong, Sanford and Yipes? Come on. Even you know that team 3 would be a waste of time against team EC. You may arrange a money match where the entire EC is playing Omega Red, and this would be nice to watch.
Kidding aside, I don’t mean to be rude or anything, but you can’t deny results. And results say team 3 has no chance at all.
The only guy who is not a complete unknown outside of your crew is yourself, and your best placing ever is 5th at an old ECC…
Potter got top 5 at ECC and top 3 at Evo. Soo never placed ina anything that mattered, ever. We need people who have some chance of getting EC.
Um, no. Seattle won the TT at ECC9 and Row and JMar took 3rd/4th in the tourney. JMar and Reset took 3rd/4th the next year.

Since when? All the exhibition ‘XonX’ EC/WC USA/Japan events at Evo have had the teams decided by either popular vote or captains (if memory serves, though it tends to be unreliable). I recall once there being a tourney to decide a final spot, but that’s it.
