I think the thread should get closed. Its clear that the masses want team three aka team westcoast to represent them against the east. You may be thinking, but robust, is that REALLY the best team? My answer: yes. Which other team has all five members voting for their team? In fact, which other players mentioned have even voted? We believe in each other. Its clear to those who have played team sports, that team work is just as important as skill, e.g. the u.s. olympic basketball team. They have the greatest players from the nba, but cannot defeat european countries? Hmm…That leads to the answer, what happens when you mix 5 super talented players, that have team work and great work ethic? You have team three. Need I say more?

the game hasn’t advanced in 3+ years.
the reason Sanford/Duc was so hype last year was b/c it was two players who had never faced each other in a tournament setting before, basically trying to live up to the all the hype behind them.
We’ve seen everyone on these teams play each other before…

You gotta have Duc (Mr WTF What’s Happening), you gotta have Chunk (Mr Clutch), you gotta have JMar or Row (you may need to slap Row and remind him not to goof around, don’t worry, we all do it), after that it all gets murky. Soo and Potter can beat anyone, including God, on a good day.
I don’t know about people voting for Bill/Deus. He’s the best player that can’t win. If you’re voting for Bill, you’re either from the East Coast or you’re a goddamned traitor to your peoples. I’ll put $50 that Deus would go 1-4 against the top five EC. It’s not that he’s not that good, it’s just that he’s got some Angels in The Outfield ghost hitting his controller everytime he starts winning critical matches. :sad:
EC seems much easier to define now that Erik and Yipes have really stepped up their games. (Give Vegita-X the fifth spot.)
Can we have a choice of half-Clockw0rk and half-Kai? Because if they combined and formed the Strider/Doom-Voltron, they would own the world. I was watching Kai footage last night and it’s pretty damned interesting stuff. Clock seems to win more, but I learn more from Kai.
Here’s an idea: top five low tier WC vs top five low tier EC. Have them face off against semi-randomly chosen good-but-not-god-tier players from each coast (since low tier vs low tier isn’t quite as interesting/impressiveas low tier vs high tier). I’d find THAT pretty damned fascinating, and perhaps more overdue than another rehash of the WC Top 5 team stomping on the EC team yet again. 
I need to set up a better poll on this so that people can vote for five independent players and not be locked into those groups. runs off to find poll software

look at the first and last team, they only have 1 person swapped out, they’re basically sharing votes since the teams are basically the same minus one person.
mike ross is only on one poll, so any person who wants to see him can vote once in one spot, but everyone else has to pick based on the other people, regardless of who they want to see.
the vote should be per person, imo.
