No, it hasn’t been revealed yet. Udoneko says the the Living Room Games RPG isn’t the surprise. I’m getting kinda’ annoyed. I didn’t expect wait this long. Hopefully it’ll be revealed sometime during this week.
Remember that the plot guide itself says not much was officially mentioned concerning SF2. AAC also doesn’t cover events that would happen as a result of SSF2XR because Revival is ahead of AAC’s time. If Ken and Ryu leave the tournament after fighting each other, I would only see it happening once Revival came onto the scene. Without any prior knowledge of Vega or Gouki, especially Ryu would want to go all the way to the end of the tournament. That’s why I wait and hope for Eternal to say lots of updates since the release of SSF2XR.
Yeah, I understand. Sorry if I sounded fired up. I’m just being whiney and gay.
Hai, I figured that the RPG isn’t Udon’s surprise. I was just commenting that if the RPG actually does credit the plot guide, it could possibly rival English Eternal in terms of canon storyline for us.
Yeah, I hear ya. I hope all they do is translate it, and not change/edit out anything that’s in the Japanese version. Hopefully Capcom USA won’t force them to change too many things beyond the name of Ryu/Ken’s fighting style and the characters’ names. As for the LRG RPG, it’s pretty damn lame that Capcom won’t give SF’s official storyline to the people that purchased the rights to use them. Honestly, that’s inexcusable.
Don’t worry about it. I’m whiney because I just want Eternal to come and see if the plot guide will be let off the hook for several things I’ve otherwise found or not found in AAC but haven’t quite revealed yet for fear of the masses. And for Ramah to cough up his sketches already. That’s all.
You said it, man. when are you expecting SF Eternal and when will Saiki cough up his sketches?? The second question was more of a rhetorical one.
Dunno, it’s been on backorder for a little over a week, so maybe another week and a half, maybe longer (hope not). It shouldn’t take too long because it’s still in print.

-Nuah Kahn, Ojousan, Vega’s master aren’t in Eternal Challenge
And who is this Yamato Nadeshiko you refer to? Bcuz Yamato Nadeshiko in Japan is just a term for Japanese girl…
Oh, and regarding Capcom Jp and 2D fighting games. There are many in development. Whether they’ll actually come to surface I don’t know. But lots are always on the drawing boards and planning stages. And just to make it straight, Capcom has never ever said CFJ is their last 2D fighter. I know no one here has said that(I think) but i see it mentioned all over the place so…
And regarding the Ojousan sketch,
well…someday…
I figured they wouldn’t be mentioned, but not even a little bit hinted though? AAC does it for Vega’s shishou.
Nadeshiko as in R. Mika’s rival if you will, on the cover of the SFZ3 secret file, and the sprite on the Japanese site Red Cyclone. She’s in the plot guide.
So which source mentions Nuah Kahn? In AAC again and I missed it somewhere?
Someday? Come now, what happened? You can’t find a way to scan it? Do I need to wait 3 years and sano needs to wait 6? What’s the situation?
You’ve said before that you’re sure other unofficial pics of Ojousan are around. Know of any places showing her in the second description, white gi and beads? Know of any places besides the Fanbook?
Thanks for replying.

Oh, so thats what that wrestlers name was. I was always wondering about that. That custom sprite is pretty good too.
Oh yea, Nuah Kahn is mentioned in AASFZ3
Hey Saiki, do you mind answering a question for me while yer still here??
I heard from someone that Ryu and Ken both dropped out of the SF2 tournament after fighting eachother. Is that true? Thanx.
Btw, yer telling us there’s absolutely NO WAY WHATSOEVER you can access a scanner??
Found him, thanks. Can you answer my other questions about other unofficial pics of Ojou-san (you mentioned unofficial mangas, can you give me any specifics, especially for her other look) and why you said someday please?
Also how do we know that Hugo took Ryu’s shin shoryuken before losing to him? Where’s that from?
Thanks again.

TAS for the most part agrees with the scenario I believe for SF2 that I’ve said many times before where I believe after Ryu and Ken fought, (Ryu won) Ryu dropped out, sensed Gouki’s ‘Ki’ and went after him, paving the way for Guile winning the Tourney. Sometimes TAS forgets to denote all of this as speculation since we don’t know what happened officially during SF2.
Yeah, 'cuz TAS said that’s officially what happened. I knew that couldn’t be true. If it was, it probably would’ve been mentioned here or in the plot guide. Silly TAS. It’s little things like that that make me think he’s BS’ing most of the time.
“30 years ago during the Shadoloo raid, Hawk and two others survived. Later, while his son was absent, Hawk with his made living was murdered by Vega.”
It sounds like Arroyo had some time to somewhat settle down after the raid and before his demise at Vega’s hands.
Yea, TAS passes off speculation as official pretty often. Lots of times when he was defending the plot guide, he said that certain stuff in the guide was official when I specifically said in the guide that the certain stuff TAS was mentioning was just speculation on my (or another contributor’s) part
Ryu not that good after all?
You know, I just thought about who won what SF tournament and well Ryu only won SFI unfair (eventhough he didn’t plan it or did it on purpose, it was still not fair), he probably didn’t win SFII and in SFIII he was pretty good but didn’t win it either. When you don’t know the storyline, you get the impression Ryu would win anything, just like the typical main character who’s always on front of every video game box, manual, poster etc. but it seems that the only thing he always managed was to beat up Ken (except for SFZ2 eventhough Ken says he has to train because Ryu is better after beating him).

Ryu beat Vega in SFZ3.
Ryu is not a character that is depicted as beating everybody up. He has his share of losses but at the end of the day he becomes a better person for all of his losses. He doesn’t fight for revenge - while revenge is a good motivator in KOF it’s a bad thing in SF. Sagat has to let it go, Gill has to let Alex win, Sagat has to let Dan win, Guile has to let it go, Chun-Li has to put it past her and move on with her life, etc. He fights just to be the best he could be, and that’s what makes him an interesting character. Characters that beat up everybody to me are boring because you can predict what they are going to do - you know Sol Bad Guy will beat everybody up without fighting full strength, yawn… EVERYONE in real life looses. Even Muhamad Ali got beaten in real life. What did Muhamad Ali do? He came back and defeated all who beat him making him the greatest Boxing Champ ever. So I don’t judge people for their losses but what they do with their losses in the end. Ryu’s training under Oro and for the day he can defeat Sagat in a fair fight. Not for revenge, just to be all that he can be.
