afaik, lie detectors are more of a tool to get into peoples heads than anything. I don’t think the results are actually admissible as evidence.
It’s pretty sad how a couple of over zealous and self assured prosecutors and detectives can sometimes get serious felony convictions based off accusations alone. They are more scummy than the accuser imo.

Ditto facial recognition. I was caught on camera? Really? Face Tracking? Well it damn well better be verified by four or more HUMAN eyes because facial recognition and tracking don’t work either. There is in fact, NO scientific backing for ballistics investigation as done in the typical crime lab, as is true for odentology (bite marks), FINGERPRINTS and other forensic “sciences.” It is not science.

There’s the Brandon Mayfield case, where the FBI arrested a man based on fingerprint evidence for a terrorist attack in Spain. Spain looked over the fingerprints and came back to the FBI like “umm… nope! This is the wrong guy, dudes.” Of course, the FBI didn’t bother to tell his lawyer about this little fact. They would have never known if the good old Spanish hadn’t of made an official statement that it was NOT him.

With the huge amount of legal discrimination against men in the US, it’s no surprise that women can openly commit such criminal acts and not only walk free but enjoy the money they attained from their criminal activity.
Every time I see a story in the news about rape, it always turns up that the woman lied. Sad thing is that the men go to jail and have their whole reputation and life ruined but when the truth comes out the women don’t get sent to jail and even get to keep what they stole.
I hope she bought a really big house with a really high flight of stairs and that she trips over them and then some white knight tries to help her all the way back up the stairs so she could trip down on them again and take the white knight down with her.
