Future show request: the story of this year’s MWC. Seriously. The before, the during, and the after. Keits, please tell us about what it is/was like to plan and run a major. Skisonic for direction and questions and impressions, interview-style. Possibly even best without guests. TIA TIA
Is anyone else having trouble downloading past episodes in iTunes? E18 works but nothing before that does.
It would be good if the plain RSS feed link was made obvious from the main site, it’s taken me ages to find it!!
Enjoying the 'cast so far, guys! Love those interviews! By the way, Ski, sometimes you are really hard to hear (like the mic is nowhere near your mouth) or the opposite where it sounds like you are eating the mic, all the while Keitz has steady audio. Is there a shortage of lapel mics in the house? I’m only complaining because I hate missing out on what people are saying! I do enjoy the show!
Keep it up fellas!

Awsome Awsome Stuff!
i listen to this at work and then nerd out about it all day… any chance of doing a little segment on the history of street fighter? i know i can look it all up but it would be better with actual accounts of big name tournaments and memorable moments you guys have.
Great stuff always guys.
I think it’d interesting to learn about top players experiences in Japanese and European tourny’s, since most of us will probably not attend one. as always looking forward to the next podcast.
1st post archive updated.
oh i see
Episode 9 appears to be a broken link. Puttin the first 8 episodes on my MP3 payer. Will listen to at work tomorrow.
Edit: Episode 17’s link doesn’t seem to work either.
Anyway awesome show guys, do keep it up. The Evo Marvel3 info was great. Am putting the rest of the show on my player for work right now.
Some people may have already forgotten, but after the SRK refresh launch, there was a banner depicting the return of Apex… APEX 2 Coming soon… < so what is the status and plans for this? Did they drop it or will they implement it after Evo 2k10? So maybe a show on what happened to that.
Another idea is ‘Breaking in the Gaming Industry’… with players who are currently active the industry and tips/advice on how to get your foot in for those who want to become designers, artists, programmers, and etc…
Unfortunately due to my current work schedule, I will not be in attendance at Evo this year for the first time since I started going about 5 years ago… if I can somehow manage to get a ticket just to catch finals and fly back in to for work the following Monday morning, I’m there. So unless that miracle happens, I’ll be trying to enjoy the stream (just isn’t the same)
I been catching up on the latest wake up by listening to the wold ones at works and its’s SO much fun! I listened to it for about 6 hours yesterday and my job literally happened so fast and instant I was wondering where the day went. Can’t wait to listen to the rest today
Evo 2010. what happened.
I just read the front page of this thread and it said “if you have any suggestions please reply”…so here I am. I did not attend evo I was just spectating like a lot of other people were at home. I didn?t see how players I was interested in did in the tournament (SSFIV) did because every fight could not be on the stream. I?m sure there are videos floating around somewhere…but what i really would like to hear in the Next podcast is a discussion on how unpredictable the events were this year. Of course the Justin wong loss to Gamerbee would be nice to get some more in depth chat on, but im more interested in how soooo many top players were knocked out so early. Why do you guys think it happened? Was it becasue of a bigger international presence? Were the odds against them simply because of the huge amount of players this year? Maybe some interviews with a few losers, Edma, Inthul, Sabre, JR RODRIGUEZ, Alex Valle. I had my eye on these guys and I was very surprised a t the outcome of these matches. What were the losers going through? Gratz to Mike Ross I was rooting for you man!
Thanks for the feedback and suggestions guys! Sorry about our two weeks off for Evo, but we will be back on the air tomorrow morning.
mike rossssssssssssssssss
I would suggest having a note next/under to the download links to tell what episode it is like the front page has. Overly difficult to find a specific episode if you don’t know what number it is.
i definitely shouldve been on the latest podcast the pro vs hobby… imma have to run up on ski at the studio, lol.
Episode 31 isn’t on itunes, got it off the first post though.
OP is updated with links to all old episodes. 38 episodes over 40 weeks… that’s about 10 months of Waking up with your daily cup!
iTunes link and RSS is still not working for me. Is anybody else having this problem?
