There are no links to the podcast mp3s and no enclosures within the RSS feed, which breaks the podcast and keeps it from working in standard podcast software. It can be fixed by either:
a) Making the RSS feed contain the full content for each podcast post, which includes the direct download link already
b) Keep the shortened RSS feed items, but include the direct podcast download link
