You’ve done a ton for our community in upstate, it’s nice to see the three cities, and even Albany now, coming together to compete. That being said, thanks for hating on me, it gave me the motivation to play hungry, which also got you bopped.
Shoutouts to Dave for pushing me to my limits as a player. Those were some of the most intense sets of Marvel that I’ve played with anyone, period. It could very easily have gone the other way, but I got the upper hand today. Between tournament sets and the FT10 we did, final set count was 18-15 in my favor. Thats pretty much about as even as one can go with anyone in this game. Tons of sick mixups, reads and movement, great confirms, just really stellar play all around. It was a pleasure to be able to play the game at that level. PS: I think I was more hype for a Doom confirm he made against me in Winners Finals than any single moment in the tournament, including winning it lol.
Shoutouts to Wasim for letting me use the Weapon of Mass Destruction during the entire tournament, even when it hindered his casuals. I’m gonna buy one in a week or so I think. You are a champion. =D
