I’m liking what I’ve played of Juri so far, really high damage especially in the corner, her super is good, and she’s very versatile. Feels like her pressure is really serious now, even outside of the corner. Dive kick is hard to punish (-3 I think? Maybe I’m wrong), and jump cancelable c.HP made my week when I saw it for the first time. EX Pinwheel has legit invincibilty as well, so she has an actual reversal that cant be “whatever’d”. I’m pretty happy with all of the changes she has now, between this and 2012 it seems like they finally figured out what they wanted to do with her.
Currently pairing her with Asuka since I wanted to play some sort of Tekken character, and I liked her options best from running through trials. That being said, she’s not an optimal choice and I dont know if I’ll be playing her long term. She does a ton of damage, but its very difficult to get in and stay there since her buttons kind of suck. I feel like CADC is going to be a big part of her offense.

I bit the bullet and bought the game for 360 (POVERTY). I can bring it tomorrow but someone needs to bring a console. Maybe we can get a bunch of casuals going, I’m pretty sure a decent amount of people haven’t picked it up/made up their mind and would like to try.
