Yun, Yang, and Fei aren’t as good anymore so that’s okay with me.
Other than that, most characters got small buffs so the changes have been pretty good.

First time on xbox live with kof13 and it felt worse than playing Brazilians in ggpo (No one sent a huehue to me yet though). I chose 3 bars and up for a connection for a room and I still had delay. I jumped and let go of my arcade stick and I would jump a half a second later. Now I know I suck, but I know I can at least punish people offline if they whiff those double kicks when they are Kyo.
Anyone want to share their gamertag on xbox? I’m willing to bet that I can play someone in the same city on my fisher price internet.

I haven’t been on consistenly but I sort of do haha. I very slowly am inching my way to level 70 on my nen (I honestly just have fight the turtles on hell over and over again) and recently started a mfighter who I left at 7. Though it seems that after I took a break from the game and came back after finals were over, I can’t seem to connect to anyone anymore, even on my friends list.

Funny thing is I think Dungeon Fighter just hates me in general. Playing Vindictus and Dragon Nest with people fine but this game just utterly hates me. I only really can pvp when I’m away at college. Did they also do away with the pop up window when you fail connecting to a party? That doesn’t even show up for me anymore, it just says could not connect in the chatbox.

Is KoF even worth playing online? I can’t even stand the Capcom games online and the inputs here are tighter. Nothing but bad reports when I ask offline players. I’m not convinced that the patch isn’t just better lag polling with the same in-game netcode. Hope it’s good enough to play across town.
I’m usually on at night. My brother usually is playing throughout the day. The matches I have had so far had noticeable lag, like if I press up on the stick it would jump a bit later. If it’s in the same town i assume it would seem better than the people I fought .

Yeah I still play for the PvP and sometimes to help powerlevel friends/guildmates.
Awhile back I played Yannick and we had a 4 bar connection, it was pretty good, then I played Vinh and we had a 3 bar connection, and it wasn’t good at all, which is odd since 3 bar is usually playable. I’ve played friends that live in Flordia and Texas with 3 bars and its playable. So I dunno whats up with that. I miss playing KOF offline.
