^^^ also with the new ex tatsu reaching farther while hitting crouching opponents…use it on his normals and it catches em all pretty well
I rarely play vs hugo but when I do I always respect the guy. No matter what I think any hugo vs gouken that stays atleast has balls.
Hugo players are getting better. That is all.
