If someone brings mvc2 I will play it even though I am garbage booty at that game. The real Magnus lies within! Though I also believe in a teams tourny for mvc3…just sayin.
honestly, mk9. new game, new hype. and hella people will joinbecause the playing field is pretty even. possibly more stream viewers as well if you throw finals on the stream. cuz if you think about it, there will be hella mk9 streams, but people want to see tournament play

And this isn’t just for one event IIRC, I believe Mike is planning on doing this at each event and each game will change (and hopefully) top 4 for those games will get streamed unless we really want to do top 8, although, can do what was done before and record everything till top 4 with camcorder
^This. No team events for main games though (MVC3/SSF4). The time we have the venue would mean teams/singles run at the same time, and would be a nightmare to run given the number of people.
