I won’t be attending, but VF needs love and it’s my favorite fighter. How this game isn’t popular in a so-called hardcore community is beyond me.

How can VF4E be an optional game in big tournament like this!? There must be a tournament for VF4E! Ain’t like I could be there but Evo2k5 or any big tournament is nothing without VF4E!
So I’m voting it though I’d like to see SFA3 and VS(2?) there too. Still can’t understand why VF4E tournament isn’t certain this year…

I don’t think anybody can say that VF isn’t a truelly great fightinggame (if not the currently best) so excluding it does not make any sense and hurts the onlook on Evo as a whole.
A video game competition just ain’t right without VF!
maybe it has something to do with attracting the least amount of players out of anything.

I know just how MUCH MORE popular Tekken is than VF. But VF is still the one of the oldest game series that are still played. If I’m correct Street Fighter is the only older one. Anyway VF is a classic and it’s a great game. Personally I find comparing it with Tekken amusing, but I don’t wanna make this thread a flame war. I don’t like Tekken. Period.
Again I’m voting for VF. FT or EVO either one’s fine.
How exacly do we vote? And yes, I actually registered on this board strictly for the sole purpose of casting my vote for VF. I will fly to Vegas all the way from Minneapolis if I have to to compete in this tourney.
