I’m not positive but it looks like the work of a guy that goes by the name Chink. He’s Taiwanese and is promising a deluge of Feng porn if she gets voted into the game. He calls it “Mass Porn Effect”.

I don’t know about any Yuri with her and Cerebella, but in one of his streams he responded to someone’s questions and he said that she was a lesbian. Although the next time someone asked that question he ignored it
And at a later stream, after being asked the same Q for the umpteenth time, he finally said that yes, Feng <3’ing Cerebella was canon but that it wouldn’t be mentioned in-game (DADT I guess). I didn’t watch the stream so I wouldn’t know if he mentioned whether it’s reciprocal or not, but the internet, the great fapocracy/fapdom/fappire, has already decided that Feng and Cerebella are defo making squish. Google says so, therefore it’s true.
Feng is boring for me. I don’t like movement gimicks and she doesn’t represent anything remotely interesting besides that.
