I hope its still available around april since thats when ill be buying 2 Virtua Fighter High Grade Sticks:lovin:
anyone know where i can get sanwa buttons and a joystick for as back up/replacement parts for the VFHG stick?
Iām pretty sure it wonāt work in ps2 games if it is plugged in via USB. New games like VF and Tekken should work fine-so far thats the deal with my PS3 and custom sticks, anyway.
What is it saying about those converters?
The elecom 201s work fine with no problems.
what I wnat to know is why did Hori skimp on the switches for the HRAP lines? Itās 10 bucks more expensive than the VSHG that uses sanwasā¦
Also has 2 more sanwa buttons. So really, cost is about right in terms of materials.
None of the HRAPs with the exception of the HRAPSA have Sanwa buttons. The HRAP3 is no different, it just has a Sanwa JLF with Hori buttons again and this has already been confirmed too.
my lack of food made me write badly.
I meant to say is that WHY is the VSHG cheaper AND has sanwa buttons? There are two more buttons on the HRAPs and theyāre 10 bucks more expensive!
Can anyone post a pic of the HRAP (pref HRAP3) and the VSHG side by side? I want to be able to see how much smaller the VSHG stick is, compared to the HRAP.
so is it absolutely CONFIRMED that the VSGH works on the PC especially with MAME with NO problems?
Also with this recall from Sega, will they be fixing the PS2 compatibility issues?
where can I order the HRAP3 right now? Itās sold out on NCSX and playasia.
I need some help from HRAP3 owners and/or VSHG owners.
it regards PS2 BC games played on the PS3.
Can someone who owns a HRAP3 and PS3 test out a PS2 fighter in BC on their PS3 and see if it works?
Can someone who owns a VSHG and PS3 test out a PS2 fighter in BC on their PS3 and see if it works?
I would appreciate it allot
PS3 currently does not allow the use of 3rd party controllers or adapters in backwards compatibility mode.
:wasted: :shake::mad:
Hey, I Just got the Hori Fighting stick 3 for PS3 last night. Iāll be getting another this week.
First thing, it feels almost exactly like the VF evo sticks, only with more buttonsā¦
secondly, it DOES have the playstation button, along with the turbo function and standard button placement. (L1, L2 on the left). I took some photos that Iāll upload tonight, and once I get my second one Iāll take some photos of the inside.
As far as how it controls, It works great with Tekken 5 DR, and when VF comes out here, I will play it with that as well.
Iāll keep you guys updated. Iām assuming that it has the buttons attached to the PCB for contact and no microswitches or whatever, as it feels kinda like a DOA stick for 360. Iām assuming also that the āJumpsuit modā will work as well.
Iāll test the Hori FS3 when I get home tonight. Seems like a licensed controller made for PS3, so maybe that will work with old games even though controllers with adapters wonāt.
