I finally got a new laptop and we have internet here over at my new place. It’s ballin’. I’ll have a new AIM screen name here in a couple days. My brothers never sign me out when they are using the computer at my grandmothers, but I don’t plan on being over there to sign myself out anytime soon so fuck it. Question:
As of now we got our whole Blacksburg scene kind of divided into SF4 and Aksys/Other games side. When MAHVEL comes out is everyone gonna focus on that or are we still gonna be divided by KoF13 or something?
I know I’ll be focusing on Marvel a good amount. Of all the announced fighters that have yet to come out, it’s the game I’m looking forward to most by far.

if Marvel is everything I hope it to be, Super will definitely be taking a backseat. I will become king of Blacksburg MvC3.

Blake, the split has been more so with capcom/snk and arcsys/anime fighters with pretty much every scene. I’m sure everyone is hype about Marvel, but needless to say, if there was a new guilty gear or blazblue 2 maybe, things wouldn’t change. I usually play both, but it’s just hard to jump on ssf4. I don’t think I ever will considering the fact that I’m gradually getting worse at everything lol.
Games tonight? hmm maybe, I might be to tired/busy though. Friday/Saturday would be better…

Personally, I prefer a lot of variety in my life and gaming is no exception. So I’ll always be playing multiple games regardless of what comes out. I haven’t played a KoF that I really enjoyed so I’ll probably be more into MvC3. Most likely still be playing BB unless it’s so good that it’s all I want from a fighter. I also want to learn some 3s when it’s out for XBLA. 
I’m down for games. I think Saturday will be the best day for me.
My attention will probably be divided between MvC3, SSFIV, and 3rd strike when it comes out again. I dunno, sometimes I’m really excited about SSFIV and then sometimes I feel blah about it.
I dunno if everyone knows yet or not but we have another baby coming in February, so after that I’ll probably be missing from the scene for a long while anyway. More important things to focus on :tup: I’m sure I’ll still be around here and there on xbox live occasionally though.

So Tron Bonne is the new character reveal for MvC3? :annoy: If that’s the only selection from the Megaman universe and they decided to skip over many more awesome choices, I am going to be pretty disappoint.
I’m with you dude. So many better options. Right now I am hoping (at least) for classic Megaman since X is already deconfirmed and Volnutt is lame in comparison. Come to think of it, classic Megaman should have a good chance of getting in, with Megaman 9 and 10, and Universe coming soon. And why would they do more than one Legends character? They also said in an interview that “X series fans would be happy” which leads me to believe Zero will be in.
I just can’t wait for TGS so we get more character reveals.

Well I am just sad that this is the first Megaman reveal cause it means the other(s) (hopefully with the s included) will not come any time soon. It would be awesome if Zero was in it, but I’m really hoping for an enemy of some type. Dr. Wily would be the number one choice of mine with Sigma as a close second.
The classics like Hulk, Chun-Li, Ryu and unconfirmed classic characters like Spider Man and Mega Man all seem boring to me. Id love it if they just kept Tronn Bonne and got some more characters from popular series and replaced the mains. I’d love to see Venom over Spiderman, Nightcrawler over Cyclops, or just other random cool characters from the series instead of the star of ____ franchise every single time.
It sucks that X won’t be in MvC3, though I do think it would be awesome if they put Bass in, but I’m not getting my hopes up. I should be good for games Saturday evening if the occasion should arise. Probably can’t do it at my house, my ps3 only works when it wants to. It’s seems it’s on its last leg…

I’m not really too concerned about any new characters coming out anymore in MvC3. I just hope it’s really balanced and it promotes a large variety of teams. I’ll lose interest if there isn’t a lot of viable team compositions.
agreed. that’s what is most important for me right now. well, that and O’Finley being put in.
Anyone from the spiderman universe is out for MVC3. I forget who made the movies, but they bought all the licenses from capcom so they could make new spiderman games.
