-6P does knock people up in the air on ch, the only combos I could do after it were j.H or S,623H,63214H
-2H always knocks people up really high, it seems like it only did that on ch before, now you can do K,2H,623H,63214H anywhere and anytime; maybe you could do that before and I just never tried?
-6K doesn’t stagger, even on ch
-corner pot-buster, 2H, 623H, 63214H still works, and hurts really bad
-his new attack (63214H) can be guarded high or low, it takes forever to start up, I couldn’t find anything that will combo after (unless you rc then do H), the only thing that is good about it is that it knocks the other guy down, it will also hit grounded people
-63214S always staggers, I seem to remember it only causing stagger on ch before
-if you are close enough 63214S -> pot-buster is possible
as someone who had this game for like a mounth now and has played a LOT of different players (FR9 and 2other tournys) i will put my imput.
Eddie is still pretty good, but a LOT has been taken from him especially damage and guard guage build. and that Pot move is called Gigantor, its fucking awsome.
decent damage, practically safe, blocks up to 9 hits w/out takeing damage, and if you do it just before the opponent starts a combo then its very likely to hit (plus he takes NO DAMAGE when beong hit during it). the only way to beat that move is to throw before it starts or to use a move that hits low, mid, and high (like the dark angle). Pots 6P goes into an air combo all the time and his throw hits twice and has a FRC point, but its frc is pretty much useless.
Ok, we can skip tomorrow and do Wednesday instead. By doing so I’ll also be finished with exams and we will also have FBT up in Blacksburg to throw down!
