Video Game Music Thread Ver. Once More With FEELING!

Thanks! This has been saving me time and it’s easy to use!

:woot:

I’ve been looking for a place to get Astro Boy: The Omega Factor music in one DL. Much thanks.

I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve posted stuff from that site in this thread.

Soundtrack gets!

Loser: A Sega Genesis Tribute Album I just finished listening to this and it’s quiet good. This album covers a lot of our favorite Genesis titles.

The World Is Not Enough N64 OST It may not have been the next GoldenEye 007, but he soundtrack still delivers the same quality. I’ve wanted to get the music from this game for years and I finally found it! Don Veca did a masterful job on this one. If you enjoyed GoldenEye’s N64 music you’ll love this.

SEGASONIC THE HEDGEHOG unofficial soundtrack (Arcade) 1992 Dude named Simon B. at the FF Shrine forums (Galbadia Hotel) always puts together unofficial soundtracks of mostly shooters but he did a Sonic game this time, one that I did not even know existed until I saw this unofficial soundtrack on the forums. I listened to it yesterday and it’s pretty good. Recommended for the Sonic fans. And if someone can tell me who the heck the dude on the left on the album art is, I’d appreciate it.

PANDORA’S VOX A PIMP Secret of Mana arrange soundtrack. If you do not get this, you are a worthless human being and the terrorists have truly won. Do not let that happen.

Raizing - Battle Garegga (Saturn Arrange) The Japanese Saturn version of Battle Garegga actually got some arranged tracks. The original music was “Oh snap!” to begin with. I was impressed by arranged tracks.

Nice. Song was made for a violin.

Can anyone that knows how to convert single file NSFS into single mp3 files help a VGM lover out? I’d like to have all my Mega Man music in mp3 form so far the only thing I haven’t found in mp3 format has been the Mega Man NES hacks, many which have 8-bit versions of popular game tracks.

This DL contains NSFS for Rockman 2DX, Rockman Deus Ex Machina, Rockman, Exhaust, and Rockman 2 Min: http://letsopenit.googlepages.com/Rockman2hacknsfs.zip

Mega Man Ultra: http://slickproductions.org/nsfe/MegaManUltra.rar

Rockman No Constancy: http://slickproductions.org/nsfe/RockmanNoConstancy.rar

Don’t worry about naming the files if they have no names, I can take care of that. Thanks in advance.

How has this thread gone for 47 pages without Shadow of the Beast? I’d link to the soundtrack, but it appears that the amiga music site is down.

Horrible game. Awesome soundtrack.

You mean convert a bunch of songs inside a single NSF into seperate mp3’s? I can do it or I can tell you how to rip all those tracks into seperate nsf’s (Example: Take all the tracks from a single NSF and have them named name_001.nsf, name_002.nsf, etc.

Ok, first get NSF Track Ripper (http://www.zophar.net/utilities/rippers/nsf-track-ripper.html) and run it. It extracts the tracks in the same directory as the original nsf.

Once you got all of those, you can mass convert them into mp3 through Winamp if you have the appropriate plugin. It appears that you need an old version of Winamp to use most of the NSF plugins available.

IIRC SegaSonic the hedgehog had Sonic, Mighty the Armadillo, and Ray the flying Squirrel. Mighty showed up once more in Knux Chaotix but Ray’s been in the unemployment line for some time. Mighty’s the red and black animal while Ray is the tanish one. I’ve never actually seen the game in action myself.

so far i’m really digging this unreleased track in chrono trigger called singing mountain and also the remixed version, crying mountain.
