Video Game Music Thread Ver. Once More With FEELING!

Nothing wrong with freeloading, BunnyHead. As long as you’re listening to the beats, its all good! :woot:

I threw together another compilation album. This one I call Full Moon. It’s got nothing but Moon themes from DuckTales, including a Japanese vocal track by Hagi. I even tossed in a MIDI collection.

I loved Diverse vs. Capcom. I loved Diverse vs. 8 bit. I found Diverse vs. 8-bit 2. This was surprisingly easy to spot on the net.

Those SNES Remastered tracks are pure hotness. It even has a version of Port Town, the track that deserved the most, but got the less love from all the F-Zero sequels and other games, like Smash.

Yes, someone else loves Port Town. :woot:

I just want to say, you guys are absolutely DESTROYING my HD space. Thank God for ExT drives

Keep it up. Where can I find Diverse vs. 8-bit 1?

Shadow’s got it: http://www.shadowhaxor.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1408

New Chrono Cross album up at Shadow’s site: http://www.shadowhaxor.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1569

KILLING MY HD SPACE! (keep it up)

Anyhow, I was listening through the MM9 Arranged AST today while I was driving around. Man, I love those themes. Jewel Man’s remix is too swanky, I tell you.

I need to listen to my MM9 AST again. Only heard it once. Been too busy finding more hotness. Speaking of which…

Girl (I think it’s a girl anyway, judging my the look of her site) can tear it up! Her arrangements are super sexy! FighterX, remember that Chill Penguin (Icy Penguio) remix I sent you? It was done by Azell. Only fault I can find with a few of the songs here is that some of them just cut off. I just threw together most of the dope game music she did onto an album.

*Azell Final Fantasy Arrange: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?uzzcmgznn0y

More epicness from Azell.

*Chrono Fantasy:

This is a compilation of rock music I found on a few Doujin music sites. If you’ve been to the Japanese Doujin Game music thread (linked on the first page of this thread) you may have came across these already. If not, DL and enjoy. I divided the tracks up on separate folds. One for Chrono games, one for Final Fantasy games, but the whole thing is in a single download.

thanx man!!! This music is awesome

Okay guys. I need some help here. I’ve been downloading various OSTs for Guilty Gear. So there’s this song in GG Isuka called QuickSilver.

When the match starts you hear it.

Apparently it’s by A.S.H. I have the Isuka OST and that isn’t on it. So it’s the Isuka OST by A.S.H. which means there’s two OSTs. Anyone can help me out?

How can people NOT love Port Town in all of its awesomeness? A conspiracy is the only reasonable answer, me thinks.

Should be the 5th song on this link

Wow. Thanks a lot MGF.

You guys will love this. The Red Wings are a UK cover band does sweet video game music. And for FREE, too! I’d compiled all 12 songs they’ve done thus far into a single download.

Check out their website here, which is now on the front page with the other sites to go to in this thread: http://www.redwingsmusic.com/

Love this thread… the memories just keep flooding back in with some of the old tracks being mentioned, and some songs I’ve never heard before I’m checking out now. Just amazing. Thanks to everyone for providing links and all.

Edit:
I got slight beef with their rendition of Ken’s theme though…but it’s still good.

F-Zero fans, don’t forget about F-Zero - The Transmitter!

Anyone know where I can find the OST to The Adventures of Batman & Robin? The one that came out for the SNES. Also the TMNT tournament fighters (SNES). Thanks.

TMNT: Tournament Fighters: http://www.shadowhaxor.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=1555

No luck on the Adventures of Batman & Robin on the SNES, though.

ThunderKick: http://snesmusic.org/v2/profile.php?profile=set&selected=43

That’s the Adventures of Batman and Robin OST, you can convert it to MP3 format if you like using the instructions that are in page 43 of this thread.

FighterX: Never heard of these guys before, just did a search of them and they’re a videogame cover band from Japan… and the only thing that I can say is that their rendition of Port Town is what should have been in the F-Zero sequels, absolutely true to its spirit. And I swear here, right now, that it will be the first track of music that will be played in my first car, to kickstart the driving impulse >=D.
