Downloaded the Duke Nukem soundtrack from some torrent site… the remixed songs from the PSX version, Total Meltdown. Lovely noise, especially the first level music (I’ve heard 4 different versions of it… seems like they remixed the soundtrack every time they released the game on a new platform).

So it turns out there was an arranged soundtrack of the original Double Dragon. It isn’t “AWWWWW SNAP! DOOOOOOOOOPE!” like DDII Arranged, and it sounds MIDIsh, but I didn’t think it was bad.
