Don’t Do What Sonic Does
If you guys haven’t heard the Hard Corps Uprising ost…you’re missing out on some of the greatest run and gun soundtrack of all time. Dial those fucking subwoofers up.
This is one of my favorite pieces of music in a game. It’s so damn soothing. These games had a great OST in general. Shame they’re so underrated.
(So apparently the last time it has me checking in was on page 73. …That’s probably further along than I actually was.)
Regardless, I’m currently listening to Darkstalkers 3/Vampire Savior’s OST from the actual disc itself on a whim rather than the playing the game like I intended and I was reminded of one song from there that I think is quite excellent even though it’s doubtless overlooked. Hell, I had completely forgotten it existed myself:

Been playing Persona 2 all week, and goddam I love this battle so damn much.
Also the world map theme is pretty damn catchy. Anytime i play this game on the train always catch myself nodding my head to the music.
Recently downloaded MGS 1, 2, and 3 ost’s and listening through them to add notable stuff to my player for work.

I really should finish this game at some point…on my to do list. Busy with MGS V at the moment though. This is my first time hearing this version of the song while I was playing through some Mario Maker stages and I instantly started nodding my head to it.

Been keeping an eye out for Transformers Devastation’s OST…looks like some one was working on it but the files are in OGG format though. If I see something I’ll let people know.
