The music was the best thing about that game. It was pretty good. If it weren’t for Viper’s theme I could hardly tell this is the same composer as for SF4.

I was not expecting music this good.
Jillian Aversa aka pixietricks did a cover of Metal Gear Solid 3’s Snake Eater a few weeks ago and I’m just now coming across it.
I also posted this some time ago in the Sonic thread but I figured I’d post it here too. DJ Cutman and his crew made an album dedicated to the Sonic series dubbed ‘Spindash’. I saw it some time ago but for some reason just dismissed and didn’t give a listen too until a couple of weeks ago and found that I like quite a few of the tracks. You can listen to it here.
I’m probably gonna end up buying it at some point in the future.
If I had to pick 3 from the album it’d probably consist of the new mix of Prototype Raptor’s ‘Chemixtrix’ (this is probably what made me go back and listen to the album cause I’m pretty sure I heard a portion of this during DJ Cutman and Grimecraft’s set at Magfest this year), Amy’s Toxic Cave by Ben Briggs, and PLS Go Fast by Coda.

That Snake Eater cover is badass. I like how the artist stayed consistent with the Bond-esque visuals. Good find.
